1. What is badminton.tv and how does it work?

badminton.tv is packed full of video instruction and articles to help you improve your badminton.

Tips, lessons and drills in the form of video, audio and articles, all designed to help you improve your game at every level. As well as coaching advice from top coaches and players there will be help with the mental game, strategy, psychology and tactics, racket and equipment advice and fitness.

2. How do I join?

Joining couldn't be simpler ! You don't have to spend hours filling in long forms!

Simply enter your name, email address and billing information, and then sign up with your payment information. Don't worry, your email address will be kept completely private and will never appear to other members. Once you have joined  you can start improving your badminton.

3. Is it safe and private?

Yes it is, we never give out your email address and all your payment information is kept secure and safe.

5. Why email support and not phone?

We do not provide a telephone support service for several good reasons:

1. You should always be able to use our fantastic online support system without trouble even outside of office hours.

2. E-mail is a much more efficient means of support - everything is in writing and available for reference, it is monitored and recorded (no arguments about when things were dealt with and who dealt with them) and can be added to our pool of knowledge.

3. With telephone support you can spend much of your time waiting on hold to be told that you'll be got back to. Instead, we PROMISE you that your e-mail will receive a reply within a few hours. We believe this will be far more important to you than if you can have the 'privilege' of dialling a national-rate number at your expense.

4. We believe that the costs and complexity involved in providing you with a telephone support service are better put back into the quality of the service we provide.

6. Can I try the site before I buy?

Yes we offer a full one month trial.

If you cancel your paying account within one month of your initial sign-up, your credit card will not be charged.

Please Note: badminton.tv will suspend/cancel access to the site a if you choose to cancel your membership within the one month trial period.
