Here are some basic exercises you can do to warm up for badminton.
Relaxed jogging gradually increasing the pace.
Backwards movement – please ensure you are in a safe environment to run backwards.
Chasse movement, in both directions.
Arm circling, forwards and back.
If you do not have the space to move around this much then you could always try jogging on the spot, fast feet or light skipping.
