Sit up exercises are a good way of improving your core stomach muscles.

Here are some exercises you can do after your training or playing sessions.

By doing them regularly (about 3/4 times per week) you will certainly see an improvement in your core strength.

Please ensure you are fit enough to undertake these exercises and you don’t have any back problems. If you are in any doubt please consult your doctor.
