In ‘point a rally’ scoring for doubles there is only one serve per pair.
At the beginning of the game or when the serving pair’s score is an even number, the server serves from the right box. When their score is odd, the server serves from the left box.
If the serving side wins a rally, they score a point and the same server serves again from the alternate service box.
If the receiving side wins a rally, they score a point and become serving side.
The player now on the receiving side who served last stays in the same service box from where he served.
The players do not change their respective service courts until they win a point when their side is serving.
