For this exercise, the feeder hits individual shuttles high into your backhand rear-court area for you to practice the round the head crosscourt drop.

When you play the shot it is important to add some movement into the corner and make the recovery afterwards.

Once you become confident at controlling the shot extend yourself and move from and recover to a more central court position.

Targets can be placed on the court for you to aim and check your accuracy. See how many shuttles out of every 10 feeds hit the shuttle tubes.
