This multi shuttle routine encourages rotation when the rear court attacker is wide and develops forecourt precision shots on the move.
The exercise starts with a feed to the rear court for a player to smash, this is followed by a forecourt attacking shot on the same half of the court and then a kill on the other side of the forecourt.
The initial forecourt player should have rotated behind their partner at this stage and the exercise continues with feed starting in the rear court again.
The feeder needs to be accurate in this exercise with a rapid shot distribution from rearcourt to forecourt and then to stretch the worker with a shot on the other side of the forecourt.
