To gain confidence and to try to remember the key points for the defensive block, start practising using hand feed routines.

This will give you the necessary time to think about what you are doing.

Once you have gained your confidence and your technique is more grooved, move on to this racket feeding routine.

This routine is more game related and will test your technique with a faster paced shuttle.
