Individual racket feeds will give you time to concentrate on some of the technical elements to the smash that have been highlighted in other clips.

This should also allow the feeder to be more consistent with their feeds.

The intention here is not to pressure the player physically although as their technique improves feeding speed may be increased.

This push and smash routine holds the player around the centre of the court until the feeder uses a random lift. It provides a stepping-stone from the single feed routine to full match pressure to perform the smash consistently.
