To practice backhand clear technique a simple routine is to have the player continuously backhand clearing and a feeder continuously forehand clearing.
As your clear technique improves you can tell if you have hit a good quality length as the feeder should be striking the shuttle with their feet in the back tramlines.
An extension of this practice is to take the player away from the backhand corner by the feeder hitting alternate forehand drop shots and clears.
