Wednesday 11th April

I went to the AGM of a charity that I am patron for – Bosom Pals.  This is a group of ladies that meet once a month that have been or are going through the gruelling stages of breast cancer.  They are top ladies and they really help each other get through the bad times and they all enjoy the good times together.  I think groups like this are invaluable and mean so much to people.  I am proud to be associated with them.

Thursday 12th April

It was Danielle’s birthday party this evening.  Danielle is the girlfriend of my friend Paul and they were having a do in London – a place called Firevault near Oxford Circus.  Ed’s friends were also out in London so we met up with Ollie, Webby, Athena and Rob and went for food and then met up with Paul and Danielle.  The place was amazing – really posh!  But Ed’s friends were asked to leave as they were standing in the wrong place!

What?!  So we could only stay for a few drinks and then we had to go and find everyone!  I think Paul is such a top bloke and Danielle is wicked too.

It was the first time they had met Ed but everyone got on well so all was good!  Paul was getting hammered on champagne and he slurring more and more as the evening went on.  I think he will be a bit worse for wear tomorrow!

We left the bar and met up with Ollie and Rob who were still out and had a few more drinks before it was time to get the last train home.  Ed and I collapsed on the train and luckily the last stop was Milton Keynes cos we were both asleep and the train could’ve gone anywhere!  Very lucky!!
